Items excluded from the 12oz (350ml) restriction include baby products used to care for and/or feed an infant/toddler, medical/therapeutic products and cremated remains. Passengers should remove and separate powders, liquids, aerosols and gels from their cabin baggage and place them separately in a tray for x-ray examination at security screening points when departing New Zealand. Passengers are permitted to carry a maximum of 12oz (350ml) of inorganic powders (for example: salt, sand, talcum powder and some types of make-up) in the cabin of aircraft flying from New Zealand. Jars of honey and fish oil supplements exceeding 100ml in total volume cannot be hand carried, and must be checked in. You may not bring any liquids on board when on an international connecting flight through New Zealand. The restrictions on travel with liquids are the same as regular travel (listed above) for direct flights and connecting domestic flights only. Please be sure to check this list before you travel to ensure you pack them appropriately. The following destinations have restrictions which may affect which liquids, aerosols, gels, or powders you may bring in your cabin baggage. For example, liquids, gels and aerosols must be in small containers of 100 ml or less.

Please note that some Duty Free stores may not provide you with a sealed, tamper-evident bag on purchase. There are security rules about what you can pack in your carry-on baggage. You may bring any volume of liquid, aerosol and gel items purchased at Duty Free stores in your hand luggage, provided you keep your proof of purchase and kept in a sealed, tamper-evident bag.

Non-liquid cosmetics, like lipsticks, powder foundation and solid deodorant If you have a connecting flight youre advised not to purchase liquids or gels in containers over 100 mL / 100 g (3.4 oz) within the secure area at the airport. Expressed breast milk, of breast feeding mothers travelling with or without their baby. Baby food, in paste or liquid form (if you are travelling with an infant). Medicines that are essential for travel, like diabetic kits. The following items, intended for use during your trip, can be carried in hand baggage in quantities above 100ml, provided they are presented for inspection at security. Liquid cosmetics, like foundation or lip-gloss. Pressurised foams and sprays, like shaving foam or pressurised deodorant. Pastes, like toothpaste or Vaseline (only when travelling with infants). Lotions and liquids, like sun cream or roll-on deodorant. Please use the following types of liquid, gel or aerosol as a guide: United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Saudi Arabia - English. China - Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan regions. Passengers in transit at the airport who have purchased liquids over 100 ml at either another airport or aboard an aircraft, must ensure that the liquids are sealed with the STEB (Security Tamper Evident Bag) and the receipt for the liquids visible in the bag. Please note that the same limitations apply to liquids as any other departure from the airport. If you arrive at Copenhagen Airport from a country outside of EU and have to continue travelling by airplane, you will have to go through the security check. Transfer passengers arriving from outside of EU You may find that the fluids are selected for additional security checks. You have to remove all these liquids from the bag and place them visible in the designated plastic box at the security checkpoint, so the security personnel can see them. Items such as needles and liquids larger than 3.4 ounces will need to be inspected. When you travel with medical items, many of them will need to be declared to the TSA agent and screened. Tax-free liquids need to be in sealed bags from the airport or the carrier with a visible receipt of purchase. TSA does not require medication to be in prescription bottles. If you have baby food, medicines, dietary foods or Tax-Free liquids exceeding 100 ml., it is allowed to bring these but they shall be protected. There are free plastic bags on the packing tables at the entrance of the security check.
You may only bring one of these bags per person. You may bring more than one container of liquid but no more than it can fit in one reclosable plastic bag of max.
